Lounge and Dining Area

The lounge is a beautiful light and airy UPSTAIRS room featuring:

• Sea views  of Well’s Harbour all the way out to the life boat house and sea
• Vaulted Ceiling,
• Solid Oak Floors
• Window Seat
• Real Fire wood burner which can be used open or closed
• Windows on all four aspects
• Three Large settees and a flat screen TV
• Under floor Heating

The round dining table can sit 5 - 10 people and has a granite convenient ‘Lazy Susan’ at the centre.  From the table you can see directly out to the harbour through the bay window.

The window seat is a joy and has ample room for two to sit and read a book or play chess or other boards games available in this most attractive of sea side cottages at Wells-next-the-Sea.  There is a toy box situated under the window seat which also serves to help younger members to climb up.

The real log fire is also a lovely feature on winter nights. And makes and ideal entrance for Santa Claus for those lucky enough to spend Christmas here!

In the corner of the room there is a small tight staircase up to the mezzanine level with two further beds.
